Team chiefs at the Police are facing the considerable challenge of translating the organisation's mission into practice in a constantly changing world. They sought a practical method to strengthen their decision-making on ongoing organisational changes. Together with the Police Academy, we developed a learning course in which team chiefs work on leadership development, structuring change management and mobilising their teams and stakeholders.
The intensive training was focused on learning, working from the individual practice and individual coaching tailored to each other. By connecting colleagues, team strength and a close group are created. The police culture is now successfully renewing itself from within, by leaders who continuously grow in their role and strengthen the organizational culture.
