We are looking for learner starters who want to know what it's like to really help organisations. Young professionals who want to sit close to the fire and make impact, not only from behind their desk, but in interactive sessions, big events and for huge whiteboards.
Our two-year traineeship is designed for starters who are interested in the human perspective. Here you learn how effective collaboration is created and how you can shape it yourself. Theoretically, but especially in practice. You get insight into how to take people with you, facilitate them and stimulate safety in the group. With us you will fully participate, you will have a role of significance and there is plenty of room for your own input. We believe in giving freedom and trust, but at the same time offer a safety net if necessary. Are you enthusiastic, social and proactive, read on!
