Windesheim wanted to accelerate the introduction of the Own Learning Route, thus making it more compatible with the needs of students. Together with a core team, we designed a change path in which leadership, team strength and collaboration were central. With a two-day event, clear workflows, simplified governance and a fixed collaboration rhythm, we create support and movement.
Stronger team collaboration, faster decision-making and a successful start of over 900 students within the new information chain.
