Dura Vermeer sought an effective way to actively connect all employees to the new organizational strategy alongside management. They asked us to implement this strategic course creatively and impactfully. In co-creation we developed a connecting narrative and with inspiring sessions and the use of the interactive 'StrategieBox' we gave employees direct ownership at all levels. We thus broke through old patterns and translated abstract theory into tangible action in the building practice.
Teams are now working together in a structural and groundbreaking way. The 3,000 employees are applying the new course with positive energy, with leadership, team strength and strategy continuously strengthening each other.
