At GroupMapping, we make strategy and change really come alive. People-oriented, co-creative and always with a focus on action. We ensure that plans do not remain unfinished, but are transformed into results together.
At GroupMapping, we bring strategy, change and execution to life. We design and supervise co-creative sessions, events and pathways, as well as providing extra capacity to strengthen teams where needed. Our people take responsibility, create space and get things moving, so that plans do not get stuck but are actually implemented. The result: involved teams, greater ownership and an organisation that moves forward together.
Whether it is extra capacity, a powerful event, a deepening route or fresh perspectives from Young GroupMapping: we always connect to what an organisation needs. Co-creative, energetic and focused on movement that stays.
What you get:
Amphia wanted to develop a strategy that not only gives direction to the hospital's future, but is also widely supported by employees. With over 5,000 colleagues and major changes in healthcare, such as a growing demand for care, a tight labour market and rapid technological advances, it was important to shape the strategy process in such a way that people could actively contribute ideas and help build the organisation's direction.
Together with the board of directors, we designed a strategy process that involved the entire organisation. Teams had over 650 strategic conversations with their managers about Amphia's future. The resulting insights formed the basis for a strategy two-day workshop with 200 employees from across the hospital, during which the new strategy was jointly built. We then developed workshops that allowed teams to translate the strategy to their own practice.
The strategy was not drafted alone, but made together. Employees from different parts of the organisation contributed to Amphia's direction and felt co-owners of the outcome. This strengthened collaboration between teams, encouraged leadership and contributed to a culture where collaboration and innovation are key.
