In 2009, we decided to do things differently. After years in the world of consultancy and organisational development, where analytics and control were often central, we felt things had to be different. Complex issues do not require more reports, but connecting the right people: thinkers, doers and decision-makers. THERE is the energy to really accelerate.
With this conviction, we started GroupMapping. No strategy “for” an organisation, but always “with” the organisation. No thick documents that end up in a drawer, but co-creation in which business strategy becomes tangible and organisational change belongs to everyone. Collaboration and ownership are central from the start.
Over 15 years later, GroupMapping has grown into a solid practice with a core team of 25 people and a network of more than 50 professionals. What drives us remains the same: bringing strategy to life and get organisations moving.
We believe that support and momentum are key to any transformation. That is why we bring together people from all layers of the organisation, strengthen team force and facilitating we have conversations that provide direction.
