What you get:
Royal BAM Group faced a complex challenge: meeting the tightened sustainability reporting requirements of the EU, including the CSRD and the EU Taxonomy. The task was extensive, the deadline strict and the cooperation across departments crucial. BAM already had insights, but lacked the structure, allocation of roles and joint approach that were needed to really accelerate.
We brought together leaders, specialists and teams from across the organisation in an intensive three-day session. There, a shared understanding of the task emerged, roles and responsibilities were sharply defined and the foundations were laid for a new, organisation-wide way of working together. This group grew into the Lunteren Coalition, the core team that gives direction and maintains movement in the further process.
Cooperation became stronger, ownership increased and a sustainable foundation was created for a new way of reporting, working and leading within BAM. The change became not something that was introduced top-down, but something that was carried and further developed by the organisation itself.
