Are you at the start of your career and looking for a place where you can discover, learn and make an immediate impact? During our Young GroupMapping info sessions, you will get an insight into how we work and what makes our traineeship so special.
You are welcome at our Amsterdam office on Monday 9 February, Tuesday 10 March and Wednesday 8 April. From 16.00, we will take you through our approach, trainees will share their experiences and you will get creative yourself. Afterwards, you are welcome to stay for drinks. This will give you an honest and complete picture of Young GroupMapping in one afternoon.
What to expect during an info session:
Our two-year traineeship is designed for starters who want to learn by doing. You spend most of the week working on an assignment at one of our clients. In these projects, you will support the team and investigate what can be improved within the organisation in terms of cooperation. You then actively contribute proposals that make a difference.
During the traineeship
About three days a month you will spend on training. You will learn our methodology, deepen your personal skills and develop the professional mindset appropriate to the consulting profession. This is how you build a solid foundation for your future career.
