Vrijheid om te verbinden en te inspireren
Op 3 november 2020 gaf premier Rutte weer een persconferentie. Covid-19 is voorlopig niet onder controle. Dus de maatregelen om thuis te werken, in isolatie, blijven van kracht.
In de afgelopen maanden zie je de weerstand groeien. Er zijn protesten tegen de maatregelen en er worden veel opiniestukken geschreven over waar deze isolatie toe leidt. Woorden als “Zoombies” verrijken onze vocabulaire. Organisaties worstelen met de vraag hoe het mogelijk is om het gevoel van connectie en verbinding met de medewerkers te kunnen behouden en ontwikkelen.
