Tom Vuorinen was a Keynote speaker at the Alumni Event last week of the Policy Communication Organization (PCO) program at VU University. He spoke with enthusiasm about his current work and how he developed after graduating in 2005.
Tom started his career as an IT Consultant at a large consulting firm. Here he noticed how important it is to collaborate well when defining specifications and considering solutions from different angles. In one of his projects, he got acquainted with MgTaylor's ideas - the fundamentals of our work. The rich models proved to be a source of inspiration for him.
Now he doesn't hide his passion for people-centered development. Tom regularly gives guest lectures in which he shows students how to design cooperation in such a way that you get the right results.
The BCO Alumni Event was organized for the 6th time this year and was visited by 85 students.
