The Challenge

This Dutch Financial Services Company, dedicated to unburdening medical professionals, faced challenges in customer satisfaction. The company needed to develop and implement a new corporate strategy to change into a client-centric and demand-driven organization.


How did we help?

The Outcome

Together with Strategy& we developed the strategy in co-creation with the company and mobilized the organization to change the DNA towards a more customer-centric organization.
