Due to the multitude of ways to register hours worked, the organization lacked clear data and insight to be able to control costs. Additionally, the payment process was prone to error for unknown reasons. A redesign in processes, a different working method and a new system was essential.
An implementation program had to be designed and put into action. We created a "heartbeat" for this transformation to connect, activate and mobilize all involved stakeholders. We were responsible for organizing interactive workshops to introduce employees to the new way of working. We also facilitated smaller weekly meetings to bring stakeholders together, share information and create solutions.
Within the time span of a year, more than 2500 employees have adopted a new way of time registration. By connecting the regional teams, we have been able to implement a centrally designed solution in a regional manner. This approach has ensured that the program was rated with an average of 8 by the employees.
